Court-Ordered Drug & Alcohol Treatment in Texas, Fully Virtual
Meet your court order without losing your job. Attend from home, morning or evening.
Life Management Resources provides court-ordered drug and alcohol treatment for adults across Texas through a fully virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP). Clients attend group sessions three times a week, morning or evening, for eight weeks, so they can keep working while they meet their court order. LMR is accredited by The Joint Commission, certified by LegitScript, and licensed in Texas. With the client's written consent, we send attendance letters, progress reports and a completion certificate to the court, probation officer or attorney. Most clients start with a substance abuse evaluation, which sets the level of care. We accept most major insurance plans and self-pay. Call or text 972-985-7565 to check your coverage and schedule your evaluation [this week — confirm].

Questions about court-ordered treatment
Does virtual IOP count for a court order in Texas?
+
Many Texas courts and probation departments accept LMR's virtual program [list of accepting courts/counties to confirm]. Requirements vary by order, so confirm with your probation officer or attorney. We'll help you check before you enroll.
How fast can I start?
+
We accept new patients every day, and groups meet mornings and evenings. Most clients complete their evaluation and start within [timeframe to confirm].
Do I need an evaluation first?
+
Usually, yes. Your evaluation looks at your history and recommends a level of care. If your court ordered an evaluation, we can provide it and share the results with your consent.
How do I pay for court-ordered treatment?
+
We accept most major insurance plans and self-pay. We don't accept county or court funding. Call and we'll check your coverage before you start.
What if I miss a session?
+
Call your counselor right away. [Make-up and attendance policy to confirm with LMR.]
What happens if I relapse while on probation?

Relapse is part of many people's recovery. Your counselor works through it with you using our "Autopsy of a Relapse" tool, so you understand what happened and how to handle it next time. [How relapses are reported to the court to confirm with LMR.]
Is my information kept private?
